Musikarkivet is an nonprofit organization.
We are based in Sweden but our work is for people around the world.
Our main work is information about music with the help of our big music archive.
But since we are a nonprofit organization the lack of funds has not yet let us build up our musicarchve to the extent that we wish it to be.
This is why we have this contest, with people sending in a CD, Lp, Mc or other type of music media.

The purpose of this contest is to help build our archive since no other sponsor has yet willingly supported us with help.

Of course no one gives CD's or so away just like that and that is why we have our contest with prizes for all.
Prizes for all sounds great. But of course not everyone wins top prizes like a pack of CD's or similar. But we DO promise everyone that send us something to get something back of value.
